Any and all "return to sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure, or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship. 

If a package is lost in the mail it is the customer's responsibility to contact their post office. If a package is lost or stolen, you must file a report with your local post office before contacting us and send proof of the report. Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged on a case-to-case basis. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.

If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, HAZTATTLOUSHOP is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping.
